Job Summary:
Join our team as a Site Supervisor and play a crucial role in maintaining the security and safety of our site in a high-threat overseas setting. You'll oversee
both internal and external guard services, monitor Access Control Points (ACPs) and Entry Control Points (ECPs), manage mobile security services,
protective security operations and reactionary force services. Responsibilities include ensuring sufficient staffing, maintaining comprehensive records,
coordinating security operations, and providing guidance and support to staff while interfacing with U.S. Government supervisory personnel and liaising with
the client.

Physical requirements:
Must be able to wear armor.
Must be able to pass physical readiness test (PRT) test.
Must be able to remain stationary when required.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must qualify on all proficiency tests.
Must be able to travel to countries that maybe considered dangerous or unhealthy.

Qualifications/Experience:
Be a US citizen.
Be able to speak read and write in the English language.
Must posses a valid passport, drivers license and have a clean record.
Must meet all standards to include but not limited to weapons qualifications.
Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Must have at least 10 years of combat arms military and/or law enforcement experience. Applicants using military experience to qualify for
employment must provide a Service-2 or Member-4 copy of the DD-214. Along with an Honorable discharge.
Preferred military rank E-8 required.
Can substitute experience with at least 6 years of combat arms military and/or law enforcement. With 4 years as a Shift lead in any overseas security
contracting company.
Must meet medical requirements.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Oversee the conducting of vehicle searches, including operating traffic control systems at search lanes and executing comprehensive vehicle searches.
Collaborate directly with U.S. Government supervisory personnel assigned as the primary point of contact (POC) for the company.
Provide guidance, direction, and support to staff to help them develop their skills.
Monitor employees conducting perimeter and tower security to prevent unauthorized access and detect threats to perimeter fencing/walls, buildings
or structures.
Coordinate security operations to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Liaise with the client to address any security-related issues or concerns.

Maintain comprehensive records of incidents, patrols, and security-related activities.
